As a Manager Workplace Services at Cegeka, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, managing operational tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You play a crucial role in translating the vision and strategy of the business line to your team and making business decisions that align with the company's needs and strategy.
- As a Manager Services, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of your team, covering people, operational, business, and financial management;
- People Management: You will coach and develop your team through regular one-on-one meetings, HR processes, conflict resolution, and by fostering a strong team spirit and motivation. You will guide key governance roles such as Team Coordinators and Team Leads, ensuring the right competencies are developed within the team in line with budget, business needs, and future readiness. You will oversee promotion and personal development tracks, take ownership of resource capacity planning, and actively participate in recruitment;
- Operational Management: You will coordinate and organize daily operations based on priorities and skill sets, ensuring the delivery of quality services in line with KPIs. You will continuously seek opportunities for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction, while applying smart resource planning. A strong understanding of your business line and product portfolio will support informed decision-making;
- Business Management: You will translate the vision and strategy of the business line into clear objectives and a concrete business plan for your team, supported by relevant KPIs. You will make data-driven, strategic decisions and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals;
- Financial Management: You will be responsible for creating estimations and pricing in presales activities, managing your team’s budget, and adjusting forecasts to meet financial targets. Additionally, you will identify and drive new business opportunities to support organizational growth and financial success.
What you need to succeed:
- Several years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record in people management, coaching, and team development;
- Proven ability to coordinate operations, plan resources effectively, and deliver services based on KPIs and customer expectations;
- Solid understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into actionable plans and measurable results;
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up, including involvement in presales and pricing;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally;
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field;
- Fluent in English; other languages are an asset;
- We expect you to be present 2 to 3 days/week in our Hasselt office.
