Manage product data

• Ensure that all product data is created and updated in the Kipling Line List and the PLM system, based on the information given by the merchandising managers & team:
  • SKU & colour creation;
  • Seasonal updates Collection, colour & style related;
  • Product integrity info;
  • Marketing Key style input;
  • Material info.
• Follow up closely on the regional input in the PLM system;
• Create & follow up sample and courier invoices in our Coupa system;
• Assist product review and keep track of all product changes;
• Help with the updates of the product sales organiser tool.

Sample follow up

• Coordinate the order and flow of the GTM2 and product shoot samples;
• Assist with sample preparation for showroom;
• Colour Swatch Order Follow Up.

Sales Tools

• Take ownership of the Product organiser, to inform regional merchandising teams of material info;
• Take ownership of the Merchandising news, to inform regional merchandising teams of all product updates.

Skills for Success

• Experience in a similar position within a fashion company is a plus;
• Bachelor or equal through experience, fashion/textile knowledge is a plus;
• Fluent oral & written skills in English;
• Eye for detail & strong in making links;
• Good knowledge of MS Office – with advanced expertise in Excel;
• Good team player & like to obtain results;
• Planning, organisation and good communication are natural skills.
