Your challenge
Do you have at least 10 years of experience in the public or non-profit sector and are you ready for a new challenge? At TriFinance Public sector, you get the opportunity to manage complex financial transformation projects an/or take on temporary leadership roles within financial departments of public organizations 'e.g., as a financial director or head of finance).
Your daily mission? Ensuring efficient financial management and providing temporary support for complex financial issues. You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic approach and guide teams towards sustainable improvements.
As an Expert in financial management, you are ultimately responsible for all financial processes, from budget management to strategic planning. At the same time, you are a valued member of the management team, contributing to important organizational decisions.
Do you have experience in the financial management of local or regional governance? This is an additional advantage for this role!
Your role in practice:
- Take full responsibility for financial management and processes;
- Ensure correct and transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders;
- Manage the entire budgeting and policy process, translating financial insights into actionable items;
- Coach and inspire teams to realize an efficient and high-performance working method together;
- Respond quickly and efficiently to urgent financial needs and set priorities effectively;
- Experience in political-administrative cooperation, which is a valuable asset for complex projects;
- Coordinate, advise and implement improvements, such as organization-wide process optimizations or transitioning to new software;
- Guide and implement change projects tailored to the organization.

- At least 10 years of experience in financial management within the public or non-profit sector;

- You have a hands-on mentality and the ability to quickly adapt to urgent financial needs;
- Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder management.
Additionally, you possess:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Experience with local taxation and fees is a major advantage;
- Knowledge of the BBC regulations and the associated legal framework strengthens your application.
