Account Manager - EU Institutions

Your Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing existing client accounts, with a primary focus on our time and means IT staffing and consultancy services for the European Institutions.
You will:
- Manage the full sales cycle: from identifying new opportunities and qualifying client needs, to managing the request processes, securing contracts and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Drive recruitment efforts: in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team, find and attract top-tier candidates, aligning the right talent with the right opportunities.
- Build lasting partnerships: establish strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential clients, always ensuring high satisfaction and added value.
- Support your consultants: ensure a smooth onboarding, regular follow-ups, evaluations, and career development planning for the experts assigned to your accounts.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commercial Engineering, HR).
- You have a proven track record in recruitment, account management, or business development - ideally in an IT staffing context.
- You're a people-person with a keen eye for matching talent to client needs.
- You enjoy working in international and multicultural settings.
- You are self-motivated, resilient, and a team player who inspires those around you.
- You build and maintain networks effortlessly with both clients and candidates.
- You are fluent in English; French and other European languages are strong assets.
