Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Developing, leading and publishing the product roadmap building the unique selling points (USPs)
- Defining product positioning: value proposition, differentiating factors, pricing structure/guidelines, addressable segments, inputs for marketing pitch, competition
- Supporting the product development lifecycle by defining development requirements; own the design process and deliverables
- Communicating and coordinating with vital team members across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key insights
- Building the product commercialization model
- Defining and executing product strategy in line with Issuing strategy, launch new products/features ready for sale

In practice this means:
- University Degree or equivalent working experience
- Experience in a Product Manager role preferably in the payment industry
- Good knowledge of payment services, in Issuing domain if a plus
- Pro-activity, vision and leadership; open and inquiring minded
- Team player, ability to work in an international environment and with matrix organization
- Strong communication skills to internal stakeholders and customers, both oral and written
