What you’ll do

• Define and execute the long-term finance strategy in partnership with the CEO and Executive Committee, aligned with evolving business goals.
• Lead and develop the Finance organization (Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Revenue Operations).
• Serve as a strategic advisor on investments, growth opportunities, and deliver actionable financial insights to support key decisions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with growth and expansion targets, driving improvements in margins, cost control, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, risk management, and revenue optimization in partnership with Revenue Operations, ensuring alignment with financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Oversee CRM tool and process (Salesforce) with the Revenue Operations team (RevOps) to optimize revenue streams and improve forecasting accuracy and customer profitability calculations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Revenue Operations. Identify talent needs and foster continuous development.
• Lead finance and business transformation initiatives to enhance performance, efficiency, and compliance across all finance and accounting processes.

About you

You bring strong financial acumen, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative leadership style. We welcome candidates who may not yet hold a CFO role but have demonstrated leadership and impact in FP&A and controlling roles, particularly in the tech and IT sector.

Specifically, you have:

• You hold a Master’s degree in finance, financial management, economics or related field.
• Expertise in controlling, accounting, reporting, and financial operations.
• Proven ability to influence executive teams and drive business performance.
• Experience identifying growth and operational efficiency opportunities.
• Background in the tech, software, or IT industry.
• Strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English; French is a plus.
