HRIS & People Analytics Specialist

To reinforce our HR team we are looking for a HRIS & People Analytics Specialist.
As an HRIS & People Analytics Specialist, you will manage HRIS processes and provide support for short and longterm HR goals. The role provides user, data and technical support for the SAP/Success Factors system as well as other HR-related systems and integrations, working with the HR community and the IT teams.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Serve as key liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, various stakeholders, and functional support teams relating to the use of HR systems;
- Create and drive enhancements into current HR dashboards and reporting. Ensure that standard and ad hoc analysis and reporting meets the needs of the HR Community and business;
- Review, analyze, and reconcile related data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures;
- Monitor quality and consistency of HRIS databases information and develop data audits to test the quality;
- Serve as subject matter expert on HRIS systems to respond to questions and inquiries of colleagues within HR and other departments;
- Manage day-to-day activities to support the wider HR community. Regularly report on progress and status;
- Develop and maintain documentation of HRIS processes and tools, training materials and educate HR and other end-users in the effective use of HR systems;
- Manage projects such as implementing new functionalities, enhancements or conversions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or relevant experience within HRIS and People Analytics;
- Good knowledge of SuccesFactors within the Platform, Employee Central and Compensation modules is a must;
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus;
- Experience with reporting tools. Preferable experience with Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud;
- Good understanding and knowledge of HR business processes and data;
- Effective communication skills.
