Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a Backend Java Developer in Netcompany?

As a Backend Java Developer, you will:

• Design and implement process and data models, technical specifications, and prototypes;
• Research and recommend technical solutions that meet defined requirements and standards;
• Build and integrate technological components and applications;
• Develop and maintain unit and integration test suites, test plans, and programs;
• Assist with system deployment, configuration, and performance optimization;
• Prepare comprehensive technical and user documentation;
• Support the project manager in defining tasks, estimates, and deliverables;
• Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings to ensure project alignment;
• Provide third-level application support by analyzing and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in software development;
• Proven expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and building RESTful APIs;
• Strong skills in Oracle databases and SQL development;
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, design patterns, and coding best practices;
• Experience with unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control;
• Knowledge of GraphQL and exposure to Angular projects is a plus;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on high-quality results.
