Your role

Are you ready to take ownership of SAP processes in a dynamic distribution environment? Do you enjoy turning complex requirements into practical solutions? As a functional analyst sap, you will set up, maintain, and implement SAP processes at distribution centers using ACDC. Reporting to the finance manager and based at our global distribution centers, this role can be performed on-site or in a hybrid setup.

In this role, the functional analyst ensures that the ACDC template is maintained, rolled out, and continuously improved through interaction with key stakeholders and system configuration. You will lead change management by translating business requirements into functional solutions, writing functional specifications, and designing test scenarios for end-users. You will also manages cutovers to the SAP system, documents functional SAP processes, develops training materials, and trains key users.

Additionally, you will support the business by testing processes during system upgrades and acting as the main contact for functional issues related to order to cash and purchase to pay processes. You will combine operational insight with SAP knowledge to drive improvements and ensure that SAP processes run smoothly across all distribution centers.

• A master’s degree or the equivalent by experience.
• Experience with FI integrations in a SAP Environment.
• Strong understanding of legal reporting requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP ERP Environment.
• Skilled in writing functional and specifications for developments.
• Good communicator and flexible attitude.
