Your function:
As Group Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of Cartamundi’s growth journey. You’ll act as a strategic advisor and hands-on recruiter, driving the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top talent across multiple regions and functions. You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders to build a future-ready workforce and elevate our employer brand globally.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle hiring from briefing to onboarding across diverse roles and geographies;
- Strategic Partnership: Advise stakeholders on talent needs, market insights, and sourcing strategies;
- Talent Sourcing: Use direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships to build strong pipelines;
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, professional, and brand-aligned journey for all candidates;
- Employer Branding: Drive initiatives across social media, campaigns, and events to boost visibility;
- Community Leadership: Coordinate the Group Talent Acquisition Community to share best practices and align standards;
- Market Intelligence: Track trends, benchmarks, and competitor activity to stay ahead in talent attraction;
- Tools & Processes: Champion recruitment technologies and metrics for continuous improvement;
- Diversity & Inclusion: Embed inclusive hiring practices across all recruitment activities.
Your profile:
To thrive in this role, you bring a blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and global perspective.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in international or group-level environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven success in managing complex recruitment across functions and countries;
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities; expert in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders;
- Experience in leading or contributing to global HR/TA communities;
- Business-savvy with a strategic mindset;
- High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information;
- Strong organizational skills and agility in fast-paced settings;
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
