Mission

Our Clinical Digital team is looking for their first in-house UI/UX Designer (no freelance). You’ll lead the way in creating intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences across our digital ecosystem.

You’ll help define how design drives innovation in healthcare technology — hands-on, collaborative, and impactful.

Challenges we trust you with

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma;
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align design and technology;
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications;
• Maintain and evolve our design system and style guides;
• Champion user-centered design principles and promote design awareness within the organization.

What we value

You have:

• A master degree in science or engineering, or an equivalent experience;
• A first experience in an R&D (Research and Development) team within a strongly regulated tech industry (e.g. medical devices, pharma, nuclear, airspace), during which you delivered results in time and quality;
• One or more life experiences in which you had to showcase leadership skills and helped a team organize itself;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
