Mission
Within the Proton-Therapy Team, your mission will be to support the Sales Team in tender preparation and proposal management.
You will respond directly to the Head of Offer Creation.
Challenges we trust you with
- Support the Sales team in tender preparation and proposal management for proton therapy projects;
- Coordinate with Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure accurate, competitive, and compliant offers;
- Prepare and validate commercial content: quotations, presentations, contracts, and tender documents;
- Maintain and analyze sales data using Salesforce and Power BI, ensuring timely reporting;
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks effectively.
What we value
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, International Trade, Sales, or equivalent);
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in tender management for medical devices or similar technologies;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is an advantage;
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a team player mindset;
- Ability to prioritize and manage urgent deadlines.
