About the role

We are seeking a tax professional to join our global tax team, with a primary focus on transfer pricing, tax compliance, and supporting group-wide tax initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring compliance with international tax regulations, driving process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams across the business.

Your Impact as Group Tax Manager

Transfer Pricing

• Develop and maintain global transfer pricing policies in line with OECD and local regulations;
• Lead preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation (Master and Local Files);
• Manage intercompany pricing strategies and ensure alignment across entities;
• Partner with finance, legal, and business teams on cross-border transactions.

Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Review quarterly tax reports from local entities (initially Americas and UK);
• Prepare quarterly update of CbCR for Pillar II transitional safe harbour purpose;
• Oversee tax provision processes under IFRS and contribute to annual tax disclosures;
• Drive process improvements in reporting and compliance.

Group Tax Initiatives

• Support audits and financial reviews with external and internal stakeholders;
• Assist VP Tax & Treasury on broader initiatives (M&A, tax technology, strategy);
• Contribute to international tax strategies to improve efficiency and manage costs.

About You

Essential skills & competences

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred;
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international tax, with a strong focus on transfer pricing and tax accounting, ideally gained in a multinational environment or Big Four accounting firm;
• In-depth knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS actions, and global tax regulations;
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP);
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
