As part of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and strategic use of people data. You will support the Compensation & Benefits strategy and act as the Data & Systems focal point, notably for Workday and Compensation & Benefit process. Your mission is to enable data-driven decisions, secure C&B operations, and continuously improve HR processes and systems.
YOUR ROLE
HR Data Management & Workday
- Act as the main point of contact for HR data during the Workday implementation;
- Support the configuration, data migration, and testing phases with the project team;
- Once live, ensure ongoing data quality, system maintenance, and continuous improvements within Workday;
- Maintain HR master data and ensure integrity across all systems (Workday, Payroll, etc.);
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular Group HR reports (headcount, turnover, FTE, absenteeism, cost of labor, etc.);
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data governance standards.
Compensation & Benefits Operations
- Support compensation review process (salary review, STI, LTI, etc.);
- Act as data owner for C&B process: manage inputs, calculate and verify results, and coordinate documentation and approvals;
- Ensure the administration of related documents (bonus letters, salary updates, individual statements, etc.);
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll Teams and Finance to ensure accurate budget and forecast monitoring;
- Maintain and update the benefits database (company cars category, insurances, perks etc.) ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal policies;
- Support compensation benchmarking and internal equity analyses.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Actively contribute to HR digitalization and automation initiatives;
- Develop new tools or dashboards to improve visibility on HR data and C&B costs;
- Support the HR team and management in ad hoc analyses and decision-making;
- Contribute to process optimization for data flows between HR, Finance, and Payroll.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, HR, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field;
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a data-focused HR or C&B role;
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent command of Excel and/or Power BI;
- Prior experience with Workday or involvement in an HRIS implementation project is a strong asset;
- Good understanding of Compensation & Benefits mechanisms (salary review, bonus, benefits);
- Rigorous, reliable, and comfortable managing confidential information;
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented — with a strong sense of ownership;
- Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
