Your tasks as Rewards & Benefits Expert

In this position, you will be responsible for initiating and implementing various innovative Rewards & Benefits initiatives and helping to resolve queries from our internal customers.

In terms of content, you will work on:

• The further development of the Rewards & Benefits policy and its follow-up in terms of internal fairness, competitiveness, diversity, etc.
• Advising senior management within your area of expertise.
• Developing and managing job descriptions with the appropriate job classification and remuneration structures.
• Collecting and analysing internal and external data and conducting comparative studies (e.g., salary surveys).
• Renewing and updating our flexible remuneration system.
• Managing and optimizing bonus schemes and warrant plans.
• Analysing and optimizing various employee benefits (e.g., pension schemes, hospitalization insurance, bicycle lease, etc.).
• Actively contributing to the further development of the strategic Total Reward policy.

Our ideal Rewards & Benefits Expert

• Has at least 5 years of experience in various areas of expertise in the field of Rewards & Benefits, can think outside the box and roll up their sleeves at the same time.
• Has experience with job classification and job evaluation.
• At least a completed master's degree.
• Professional knowledge of English.
• Experience with stakeholder management, involving contact with senior management.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Innovative, pragmatic, and analytical.
