Your mission

As a Company Biz Developer Northern France, you’ll join our team dedicated to Give a Day’s international growth. Together with the international project lead, you will play a key role in developing partnerships with companies and local stakeholders. You will actively contribute to the development of Give a Day in France, particularly in the Hauts-de-France region, by building a strong network of partner companies and organizing the first solidarity teambuilding activities, modeled on those already implemented in Belgium

Your responsibilities include:

• Open doors with companies and local stakeholders, then keep those relationships warm and thriving.
• Spot and support companies that want to grow their social impact (CSR, HR, sustainability, employee engagement).
• Run end-to-end social teambuildings & impact days: solution design, proposals, contracts, logistics, and post-event “how did we do?”
• Represent Give a Day at events, conferences, and (yes) networking soirées.
• Localize our offer to France while building a strong partner ecosystem.
• You’ll act as a true ambassador of positive impact, connecting the business world with social innovation.

Your superpowers

You are a people-first, purpose-driven commercial talent who can chat with a CEO at 9:00 and load a van at 11:00.

You are:

• A natural networker and communicator, with commercial flair and a social heart;
• A French native speaker and based in Northern France (Ex. Lille Region);
• Experienced with business development in a corporate environment and have already a foot in the door with several large companies
• Hands-on (not afraid to roll up sleeves - sometimes literally).
• Proactive, independent and results-oriented;
• Passionate about social innovation and local cooperation;
• Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent through experience;
• Fluent in English (our working language in the team)
