WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • You will be the go-to expert on SimCorp’s alternative investment solutions within the sales team, leading sales engagements, advising clients and colleagues, and driving growth in the alternatives space.
  • Identifying and qualifying leads in the alternative investments sector, building a robust pipeline to meet sales targets.
  • Developing compelling business cases that demonstrate tangible benefits for alternative investment managers, such as reduced cost of ownership, enhanced investor transparency, deeper insights and optimized operational efficiency.
  • Managing the sales cycle for complex solutions, leveraging internal resources and expertise to address client needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and other tools to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Organizing and facilitating product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions focused on alternative investment workflows.
  • Creating and owning client proposals, RFP responses, contracts, and documentation, adhering to company protocols.
  • Staying current on trends in alternative investments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows relevant to alternative investments.
  • Supporting post-sale activities and identifying further opportunities for growth.
  • Contributing to thought leadership initiatives within the alternative investments community.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Proven track record in solution-based sales within alternative investments or related financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a quantitative discipline.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities, analyze client needs, and develop tailored sales strategies for alternative investment managers.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with institutional investors.
