Please note that this position is based in Brussels and offered as a permanent contract (CDI). It is not a freelance opportunity. The role requires on-site presence 2 to 3 days per week.

About the Role

As Telco Go-To-Market Manager, you will lead the design and execution of BICS’ and Proximus Global’s go-to-market initiatives for the Connect suite of solutions within the Telco market. This pivotal role focuses on defining market strategies that strengthen the company’s presence, drive revenue growth, and align with long-term strategic goals. You will orchestrate cross-functional coordination between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Presales, tailoring GTM plans for strategic accounts and supporting product innovation through market feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Define and Lead GTM Strategy

  • Develop and own the overarching go-to-market strategy for Connect solutions in the Telco market, aligning with organisational goals and market opportunities.
  • Prioritise target segments (MNO, MVNO, MPN, Satellite, etc.) and solutions to maximise revenue and market impact.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine strategies based on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment and Execution

  • Act as the central coordinator across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Presales teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives.
  • Establish frameworks for communication, accountability, and progress tracking.
  • Equip teams with the tools, training, resources, and insights needed for success.

Develop and Execute GTM Strategy for Strategic Accounts

  • Collaborate closely with the Telco Sales team to develop tailored GTM strategies for high-value strategic accounts.
  • Leverage customer insights and market data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between GTM strategies and account-specific goals.

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Identify high-potential growth opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Support Product and Solution Innovation

  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence the development of innovative Telco solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends.
  • Provide feedback on product roadmaps, ensuring solutions are market-ready and competitive.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of GTM initiatives, including revenue growth, market share, and customer adoption metrics.
  • Deliver regular performance updates to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Your Profile

  • Degree or Master degree.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years in business leadership or product strategy development.
  • English required; other languages are an asset.
  • Proven ability to define and implement successful GTM strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving, customer empathy, and self-starter mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships, influence, and execute strategic goals.
  • Works effectively in a cross-functional team environment with a cooperative spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams.
  • Ability to leverage data, market insights, and trends for strategic decisions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Proximus Global Connect, Protect, and Engage products and services.
  • Capacity to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in equipping Sales teams with tools, resources, and insights to effectively sell solutions.
