Sales Coordinator Packs (EMEA)

We are looking for an outstanding Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team within the Planning & GTM Packs (Eastpak, JanSport & Kipling) EMEA organization.
In this role, you will support the Commercial and Planning & Go-to-Market teams in managing day-to-day operations across the Eastpak, Kipling, and JanSport brands. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, reporting, and order management - contributing directly to operational excellence and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The position is reporting to the Sales Operations Manager Packs EMEA and you will based in our office in Antwerp, Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Tools & Data Management
- Act as the key project owner for the B2B eCommerce platform, driving its development and continuous improvement to enhance the customer experience, increase order autonomy, and elevate brand perception — ultimately contributing to increased turnover through more efficient and scalable order intake;
- Coordinate seasonal system set-up and tool readiness across departments;
- Serve as the main point of contact for agents, sales reps, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues;
- Provide regular B2B customer performance analysis (e.g. prebook vs at-once, conversion, average basket size, SKU count).
Salesman Samples Management
- Lead the end-to-end sample buy process: gather needs, define assortments, build buys, and prepare for financial sign-off;
- Track sample deliveries and communicate timelines to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Warehousing to ensure timely and effective execution;
- Coordinate end-of-season sample sell-off.
Commercial & Operational Support
- Partner with Customer Service and Logistics to ensure timely order delivery and resolve issues;
- Prepare ad hoc product availability lists to support commercial opportunities;
- Monitor and follow up on the weekly dispute report with Credit, Dispute, and Accounting teams;
- Support the implementation and training of new sales tools and processes.
Sales Reporting
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting for Sales, Sales Ops, and cross-functional partners.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field;
- Afew years of experience in sales operations, customer service or sales support, or related field;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of SAP or other order management systems a plus.
