Job Overview: The International HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across various regions. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the HR department and business management. The International HR Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals;
- Provide expert guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
Talent Management:
- Oversee talent acquisition processes to ensure the recruitment of high-caliber candidates;
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to retain and develop key employees.
Employee Relations:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues;
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance management systems;
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
Change Management:
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives;
- Facilitate communication and training to ensure smooth transitions.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- 2-5 years of experience in HR;
- Proven experience in international HR management;
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple regions;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
