LET’S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Fraud to join our team of consultants.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the business analysis (in line with the priorities and scope set by the product owners)
  • Participate in functional analysis when necessary
  • Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders while ensuring regular and clear communication
  • Help the business to express their needs and challenges them (efficiency, future-oriented solutions, strategic fit) and document them
  • Help to translate the business/client needs in requirements towards the building of target solution(s)
  • Document the business needs in such a way other squad members can progress autonomously
  • Take the necessary steps to ease business needs collection, liaise and coordinates contributors and stakeholders during refinement phase until the feature is mature
  • Define and analyze the business model using modelling techniques and methods (visio, UML, diagrams, etc.)
  • Analyse and document the new process and data model
  • Prepare and participate to the end-to-end testing of new functionalities to deliver maximal quality, reports on progress, defects, risks, etc.
  • Identify, communicate and manage the constraints, impediments, risk(s) and issues to keep progress on-track and share transparently with the squad

SHOW US WHAT YOU’VE GOT

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

Background:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis role
  • Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
  • Familiar with Epic, User Story Writing
  • Financial Industry experience
  • Master or equivalent by experience

Soft skills & Knowledge:

  • Fluency in English and French/Dutch is a must
  • Ability to create Business Cases
  • Ability to run sessions with stakeholders to get requirements
  • Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users
  • Analytical mind – conceptual thinking, curious, efficiency oriented
  • Ownership and autonomy
  • Customer centric, great stakeholder management, good communication skills
  • Structured
  • Problem-solver
  • Quality-minded and eye for detail
  • Open to change and ability to integrate change in the roadmap
  • Understand the E2E process and data flow

Good to show us:
