Do you like to spot talent and do you have a passion for IT? Do you enjoy identifying, inspiring, and connecting IT professionals with challenging projects at leading clients? Professional Services is the division within Cegeka that deploys IT professionals to our clients for various projects. We provide nearly 400 consultants with engaging assignments or projects at one of our clients.

As Staffing Specialist, you will take on the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • You spot, approach and engage top talent in the IT market – both payroll candidates and freelancers;
  • You develop targeted search strategies through CV databases, LinkedIn, communities and referral networks;
  • You assess candidates both in terms of content and culture to ensure every match is sustainable;
  • You manage the entire candidate journey – from first contact to onboarding – ensuring a unique candidate experience;
  • You work closely with our account managers to translate client requests into clear job profiles and targeted search plans;
  • You think strategically about how to approach hard-to-fill vacancies and anticipate future hiring needs;
  • You support employer branding efforts and actively contribute ideas on how to position Cegeka as an attractive employer in the IT market;
  • You analyze labor market data and trends to provide insights on day rates, availability and competition;
  • You build and proactively maintain a strong network of IT professionals, freelancers and partners;
  • You work in tandem with account managers to establish long-term collaborations with clients;
  • You act as a trusted advisor for both candidates and internal stakeholders;
  • You ensure a high-quality and up-to-date database of talent profiles;
  • You maintain efficient and transparent processes aligned with our internal recruitment tools.

What you need to succeed:

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT sector and/or staffing assignments;
  • Strong affinity with technology or a solid understanding of IT profiles (developers, system engineers, project managers, analysts, etc.);
  • Commercial flair and persuasiveness – you know how to get both candidates and clients excited;
  • Result-oriented and proactive – you work independently, take ownership and maintain a focus on both quality and speed;
  • A strong sense of urgency – you understand the fast pace of the IT market and act proactively;
  • Excellent organizational skills – you effortlessly manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
  • A true team player with ownership – you work autonomously but contribute to collective success;
  • You work one day per week at a Cegeka office combined with remote work.
