Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a Receptionist and Facilities Administrator in Netcompany?

As a Receptionist and Facilities Administrator, you will:

  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients and coordinate front-desk activities;
  • Answer, screen, and direct internal/external calls, and emails to designated departments or employees when necessary;
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and interact with courier companies;
  • Fill documents, enter data and maintain databases;
  • Monitor office supplies and order replacements;
  • Coordinate equipment and office maintenance activities and arrange/support in-house and external corporate events;
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions and ensure the security of the premises by following established procedures;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • High school diploma, college degree or equivalent;
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Professional appearance and demeanor;
  • Customer service-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
