Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Receptionist and Facilities Administrator in Netcompany?
As a Receptionist and Facilities Administrator, you will:
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients and coordinate front-desk activities;
- Answer, screen, and direct internal/external calls, and emails to designated departments or employees when necessary;
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and interact with courier companies;
- Fill documents, enter data and maintain databases;
- Monitor office supplies and order replacements;
- Coordinate equipment and office maintenance activities and arrange/support in-house and external corporate events;
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions and ensure the security of the premises by following established procedures;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- High school diploma, college degree or equivalent;
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Professional appearance and demeanor;
- Customer service-oriented mindset;
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
