About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Commercial team. This is a critical role where you will be a trusted partner to our Commercial leadership, directly impacting their efficiency while also occasionally supporting operational excellence for the entire sales function.
You will masterfully execute high-level executive support, ensuring seamless processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your work will empower our mission to democratize liquidity in digital assets by freeing our leaders to focus on strategic growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about enterprise sales in the crypto industry. A successful candidate may be offered an opportunity to grow into a Business Development role over time.
Responsibilities
- Executive & Travel Coordination: Masterfully manage complex calendars for Commercial leaders, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts. Coordinate seamless international travel, conference attendance, and client meeting logistics, anticipating potential challenges and offering solutions;
- Sales & Client Enablement: Support in identifying and making contact with potential leads and new clients while preparing for events; occasional client and competition research; coordinating collaboration and communication cross-functionally with Trading, Risk, Legal, and Compliance etc. as needed to support diverse commercial processes;
- Process & Documentation Excellence: Streamline documentation flow, transcribe accurate meeting minutes, and help track team budgets. Develop and implement scalable processes to optimise the daily workflow and decision-making of the Commercial team.
Skills and Experience
- Experience: 3-5+ years in a relevant role such as Executive Assistant, Commercial Support, or Sales Operations, ideally in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry. Experience working effectively with C-Suite or senior leadership is required;
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and an aptitude for learning AI productivity tools;
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Business English is required; additional languages are a plus;
- Organisational Prowess: Meticulous attention to detail, impeccable discretion, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive structure in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
- Passion & Mindset: A genuine passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and the digital asset space. You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a rapidly changing industry;
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
