Are you ready to discover the role of a Senior Backend Java Developer (SQL) in Netcompany?

As a Senior Backend Java Developer (SQL) you will:

• Design and architect scalable backend solutions using modern Java technologies;
• Lead technical decision-making process and guide implementation across teams;
• Contribute to hands-on to development using Spring Boot;
• Define and maintain architectural documentation;
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to build cloud-ready, containerized applications;
• Ensure integration quality using APIs and enterprise integration patterns;
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and system reliability.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of experience;
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and microservice architecture;
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker and API development (REST/GraphQL);
• Experience with relational databases and SQL/PL/SQL;
• Familiarity with workflow engines (Flowable, Camunda, or Activiti);
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and system interoperability;
• Exposure to OpenID Connect or security concepts;
• Experience with architecture documentation tools (Visio, Draw.io, C4, arc42);
• Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of French would be an advantage.
