We are looking for a Business Analyst in Credit Cards to join our Banking team.

You will be responsible for:

• Analyze and document business requirements related to credit card operations;
• Identify business needs, trends, and competition;
• Define product strategy;
• Propose product & service improvements;
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Act as interface between the stakeholders and project management;
• Bridge the business needs with IT.

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

Background:

• At least 5 years of experience in Cards;
• Business analysis experience.

Softskills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc.);
• Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT;
• Able to communicate with senior management;
• Analytical mind – conceptual thinking;
