We are looking for a Digital Workplace Squad Lead who is curious, dynamic, collaborative, and outcome‑driven to join us in our Digital Workplace team, based in our HQ office in Brussels, Belgium.

About the role

You will lead a cross‑functional squad to design, plan, deliver, and evolve modern digital workplace solutions across a global environment. Working within the Microsoft ecosystem, you will define vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, usable, and cost‑effective. You will partner with product owners, technical engineers, change managers, operational service teams, and Enterprise architects to translate needs into valuable experiences, optimize sourcing, and drive adoption that empowers people to do their best work.

Who you’ll work with

You will be working in a team that brings together platform engineers, developers, business analysts, and architects who care deeply about user experience. You will collaborate with fellow squad leads, product owners, change management, and our global service desk to ensure smooth delivery, reliable operations, and effective support. You’ll engage closely with business stakeholders and end users worldwide, aligning technology capabilities with real‑world outcomes and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a Digital Workplace squad of engineers, product owners, business analysts, and architects
  • Deliver end‑to‑end solutions on Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Office 365, Copilot, Power Platform,...)
  • Ensure solution quality, security, scalability, usability, and compliance standards
  • Align roadmaps with business strategy and evolving Microsoft capabilities
  • Manage budget, license costs, resources, risks, and performance to meet outcomes
  • Partner on support, change management, and global user adoption
  • Support big transformational program within IT Infra department

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a regulated information technology environments, global scope
  • Proven leadership of Microsoft 365 squads; direct collaboration with Microsoft
  • Deep expertise across Microsoft Modern Workplace portfolio
  • Experience defining technology strategy and roadmaps in international organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and user experience skills
