An HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner and a proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that strengthen engagement, performance, grow and retention.
You’re a strategic HR thinker with a hands-on approach who can balance operational support with HR company projects. You ought to be proactive, empathetic and able to build strong relationships. You’ll need self-reflection and the ability to guide others in their personal development. You thrive in fast-paced, international environments. Fluency in English is required. Any additional languages are a plus. A quick embrace of new digital tools is essential.
