Job Description
You will be providing administrative support to our Retail audit business in Belgium, UK an EU countries.
Responsibilities
- Handle audit templates;
- Updating of contact details and adding new facilities in various systems;
- Assist the EU auditors’s from the office for admin requests;
- Reviewing and sending out audit reports;
- Putting together overviews of our audits and food analyses in Excel;
- Maintaining the customer audit platform accounts (create new logins, passwords etc.);
- Be the link between the Business Unit and IT in case of IT problems;
- Scheduling of audits;
- Invoicing of clients.
Qualifications
- Experience as administrative assistant or similar role;
- Experience working with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft systems;
- A quicker learner of new systems and a problem-solver;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once;
- A clear and proactive communicator;
- Details oriented;
- Fluent in English, any other EU languages will be an asset (French, Italian, Dutch, German,... );
- Temporary mission (temp/interim), full time, to start asap;
- Hybrid role, 3 days from our Diegem office, 2 days from home.
