Job Description

You will be providing administrative support to our Retail audit business in Belgium, UK an EU countries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle audit templates;
  • Updating of contact details and adding new facilities in various systems;
  • Assist the EU auditors’s from the office for admin requests;
  • Reviewing and sending out audit reports;
  • Putting together overviews of our audits and food analyses in Excel;
  • Maintaining the customer audit platform accounts (create new logins, passwords etc.);
  • Be the link between the Business Unit and IT in case of IT problems;
  • Scheduling of audits;
  • Invoicing of clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience as administrative assistant or similar role;
  • Experience working with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft systems;
  • A quicker learner of new systems and a problem-solver;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once;
  • A clear and proactive communicator;
  • Details oriented;
  • Fluent in English, any other EU languages will be an asset (French, Italian, Dutch, German,... );
  • Temporary mission (temp/interim), full time, to start asap;
  • Hybrid role, 3 days from our Diegem office, 2 days from home.
