Mission

The Equity trading desk consists of 4 Traders and is experiencing a significant increase in trading volumes, while simultaneously managing the migration to new Order Management System. This justifies strengthening the team with a 12-month fixed-term contract, to be filled ASAP and based in Brussels.

Responsabilities

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Trading of global cash equities, equity swaps, currencies, futures, and listed options;
• Involvement in the production of post-trade reports and transaction cost analysis;
• Assisting traders on pre trade, trade and post trade issues;
• Responses to IT, RFP, reporting and middle-office teams requests;
• Development of pricing tools used by the desk under new Order Management System;
• Automation and production of monthly / quarterly TCA reports and trades statistics;
• Analysis of best execution factors, in cooperation with Compliance officers;
• Point of contact between the trading desk and IT departments.

Profile

Experience and Skills requested:

• At least 12 month experience in Financial Markets;
• Knowledge in finance. Familiar with technology and order management tools;
• Coding skills (Python and VBA);
• PowerBi (advanced level);
• Autonomous and creative;
• Able to solve problems;
• Team player, innate capacity for communication.

Candidate criteria

• Education: Master's Degree I/Bac+4;
• Minimum level of experience required: Less than 2 years;
• Languages: English (C1 - Fluent).
