We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Officer to steer our paid growth engine end to end, keep our agencies sharp, and translate performance data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations. As Performance Marketing Officer you’ll help keep our marketing as vibrant and straightforward as our brand, contributing to both TADAAM’s and Telenet’s growth and evolution
Your responsibilities as a Performance Marketing Officer
- Own performance strategy across paid social and paid search with clear KPI targets and test plans;
- Lead and challenge our media agency on weekly results, plans and QA, approve budgets and flighting, and ensure flawless execution on Google and Meta while assessing if and when to expand into other channels;
- Do SEO yourself: technical hygiene, on-page, internal linking, content briefs and measurement;
- Run CRO experiments yourself on the website: hypothesis backlog, A/B tests, UX fixes, landing pages and learnings library;
- Guard technical quality: own the tracking plan, GTM data layer, pixels, consent mode, server-side tagging, conversion APIs and offline conversions; safeguard GA4 data hygiene and Looker Studio outputs;
- Ensure robust measurement: define success metrics, set up incrementality and holdout tests, consolidate reporting and deliver monthly executive readouts;
- Oversee creative testing for performance: briefs, variants and rotation rules with clear pass/fail thresholds;
- Partner with website and CRM on full-funnel efficiency and lifecycle triggers;
- Support large brand campaigns with the Campaign & Media Officer by providing in-depth technical scrutiny on media plans, tracking, reach/frequency guardrails and post-buy analyses.
Our ideal Performance Marketing Officer
- 4+ years in performance marketing across paid social and paid search, agency or client side;
- Deep platform knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and preferably DV360, plus working knowledge of TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads;
- Hands-on SEO skills and a track record of shipping CRO tests with modern experimentation tools;
- Strong grasp of tracking and data quality: GTM, GA4, consent mode, server-side tagging, conversion APIs and offline conversion uploads;
- Dashboard ownership experience: define KPI tree and data taxonomy, specify inputs and visualization, and direct Looker Studio or similar BI builds;
- Analytical rigor and crisp storytelling, turning data into decisions and executive-ready slides;
- Experience with structured experimentation, attribution nuances and incrementality testing;
- Solid project management and stakeholder leadership with agencies and internal teams;
- Nice to have: telecom or subscription experience, Braze familiarity, basic SQL;
- Bachelor's Degree.
