Key Responsibilities

As a Junior IT Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for internal IT issues. You will assist colleagues with hardware and software problems, help maintain our systems, and contribute to IT projects. This is an ideal position for someone eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software;
• Manage user accounts and permissions;
• Resolve first-line IT issues (helpdesk);
• Support network management and security updates;
• Contribute to internal IT projects and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar;
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and networking;
• Interest in cybersecurity and cloud solutions is a plus;
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude;
• Eager to learn and willing to obtain certifications.
