Function
Our OEM Sales team, composed of about 40 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen its team.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic link between Aisin Corporation and a major European OEM. You’ll lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure customer satisfaction remains top-tier; all while driving business growth and innovation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading commercial negotiations aligned with Aisin’s business strategy;
- Translating customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams;
- Managing and coordinating automotive projects;
- Monitoring customer KPIs and driving improvement plans;
- Preparing accurate sales forecasts and budgets;
- Coaching and developing a Key Account Coordinator;
- Continuously learning and participating in internal/external training.
Profile
Must-Haves:
- University degree (preferably in business/sales);
- Solid experience in OEM Sales (5+ years);
- Strong negotiation and project coordination skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Detail-oriented and organized;
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Working knowledge of French;
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
