Function

Our OEM Sales team, composed of about 40 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen its team.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic link between Aisin Corporation and a major European OEM. You’ll lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure customer satisfaction remains top-tier; all while driving business growth and innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading commercial negotiations aligned with Aisin’s business strategy;
  • Translating customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams;
  • Managing and coordinating automotive projects;
  • Monitoring customer KPIs and driving improvement plans;
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts and budgets;
  • Coaching and developing a Key Account Coordinator;
  • Continuously learning and participating in internal/external training.

Profile

Must-Haves:

  • University degree (preferably in business/sales);
  • Solid experience in OEM Sales (5+ years);
  • Strong negotiation and project coordination skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Detail-oriented and organized;
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Working knowledge of French;
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
