Responsibilities

• Map, define & maintain clear roles and responsibilities for data ownership, stewardship and access
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance policies, standards, and procedures
• Analyze and redesign data-related business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability
• Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new governance practices
• Create & execute training plan to ensure data completeness & compliance with the data model & process

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field
• Experience working in international, multi‑country environments, ideally within a matrix organization
• Proven ability to partner with both technical teams (IT, data engineers, solution teams) and business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable data governance practices
• Strong communication and change‑management skills, with the ability to create clarity, bring people along, and embed new ways of working
• Effective influencer across cultures and hierarchies, able to challenge constructively and gain buy‑in
• Hands‑on knowledge of data platforms and tools, including databases, data warehouses, and data cataloguing solutions
• Process‑driven mindset with a genuine interest in data topics, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement
• Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus
