The EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) team is mainly responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the different elements of the financial reporting environment (databases and tools) to empower the Finance Department to ensure that they can provide their reporting deliverables in a timely and accurate matter.

Your tasks as Business Analyst - EPM

- You will work directly with a large group of stakeholders across the Finance Department, HR and Data & Insight to help streamline and enhance reporting practices
- You will influence and participate in shaping Telenet's reporting systems and propose actions to improve financial processes
- As a Business Analyst you'll assist the financial reporting process (Closing, Forecast, Budget, …) by maintaining tools and ensuring data flows
- Play a key role in optimizing the reporting environment, improving its data quality and the reporting processes
- Play a key role in the administration of the financial reporting tools (e.g. maintenance of master data, databases, scripts…)
- Support and train the end users of the financial reporting tools
Our ideal Business Analyst - EPM has...
- Master Diploma in a financial field completed with an IT experience or IT diploma completed with experience in a financial function.
- Good knowledge of SQL or other coding language and a strong knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills. You enjoy solving complex problems and can easily simplify complexity.
- Stress resistant: able to cope with a complex and fast-changing environment with strict deadlines.
- Flexible person, capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team
- Proactive and pragmatic mindset. You can balance analysis and execution and generate momentum.
- Ability to impact and spearhead change without being confrontational
