Are you a strategic procurement professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment? As Senior Category Buyer for Capex & MRO Europe, you will drive the category strategy and deliver value across the region. You’ll work with key internal partners and external suppliers to secure reliable supply, optimize costs, and support long-term growth. All while ensuring best-in-class procurement practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead development and execution of the European Capex & MRO sourcing strategy and roadmap.
• Manage end-to-end strategic and tactical sourcing projects.
• Drive supplier relationship management, monitor KPIs/SLA performance, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support budgeting, reporting and analytics to track spend, pricing trends, and performance versus targets.
• Ensure supply chain continuity by collaborating with stakeholders on forecasts and operational needs.
• Champion procurement best practices, compliance, and transparent contracting processes.
• Collaborate with global procurement teams to align regional strategies with global initiatives.
• Identify improvement and innovation opportunities to enhance procurement processes and results.

Who You Are:

• You hold a university degree or equivalent professional experience, with strong analytical and commercial skills.
• You have solid experience in procurement, supply chain, Capex/MRO, or related operations (1–3 years minimum in a similar position).
• You understand strategic sourcing processes and tools, including negotiations and e-sourcing platforms.
• You are a confident communicator in English, additional European languages are a plus.
• You build strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• You are proactive, curious, and always seeking opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
• You are comfortable working in cross-country, cross-functional environments.
• You are passionate about sustainable procurement and delivering impactful results.
