We are looking for a Tech Lead for the TSS Journeys (Telenet Shared Services) cluster within the Product Journey Tribe. This role provides technical leadership across multiple teams, ensuring technology implementation aligns with Telenet’s architectural standards and industry best practices.

Your tasks as a Tech Lead

• You define and maintain the technology roadmap in collaboration with architecture and product owners;
• You provide best technical solutions to business challenges;
• You promote and enforce Telenet Architectural and Software Factory guardrails;
• You ensure compliance with quality attributes (security, maintainability, scalability, code quality, etc.);
• You reduce technical debt and improve code quality;
• You guide teams in cloud adoption and bridge theory with implementation;
• Drive innovation, including AI adoption and process automation;
• You streamline delivery, patching, and release processes;
• You organize training and inspirational sessions for new technologies;
• You support business analysts in translating requirements into technical designs;
• You ensure proper technical documentation and perform code reviews.

Our ideal Tech Lead

• You have a Master degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience of which a minimum of 5 years in technical leadership or solution design roles in enterprise environments;
• You have a proven experience in scalable software design, architecture, and modern delivery processes and a strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS preferred), CI/CD, security, databases;
• You are familiar with AI, networking/infrastructure, and industry best practices;
• You are able to translate complex technical concepts into business language;
• You have strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus and strong stakeholder management skills;
• You are a team player with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
