What you’ll build
You will provide administrative support to the organization and will be responsible for the overall operation of daily office functions and duties for Country Leader, as well as offers administrational support in various projects.
Tasks:
- Maintaining and organizing Outlook calendar/folders for assigned management;
- Monitoring actions and manage reminders;
- Managing internal and potentially external correspondence;
- Arranging meetings including co-ordination of Team Meetings and external events;
- Co-ordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow up like booking of travel expenses.
Booking meeting rooms/venues
- Managing Workflows and monitoring items like vacation requests, purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, Inventory etc.;
- Preparing complex (activity/expense) reports, projects, documentation and correspondence which may also require collecting, organizing, and analysing data;
- Updating materials including PowerPoint and excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations;
- Preparation and follow up of meetings including taking meeting minutes;
- Manage shared drives and communities;
- Develops collaborative work relationships within own team and within limited scope cross-functional;
- Communicates within works assignment clearly.
What you bring
- At least 2 years of administrative and business support experience in fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools;
- Experience with SAP internal Tools like Corporate Portal, Concur, CRM, Enterprise analytic store;
- Fluent in English and at least professional proficiency in French and/or Dutch;
- Apprenticeship as management support or commercial qualification or comparable experience;
- Bachelor´s Degree desirable.
