At Telenet, we drive technological innovation faster than the pace of change. We are seeking a multiskilled business analyst to join our Product Journey tribe. Interest in, or affinity with neighboring roles. In your first assignment, you will be allocated to the Digital team.

As a Business Analyst you connect strategic vision to digital reality. You translate Telenet's digital customer strategy into effective solutions while managing dependencies for efficient delivery. Beyond launching new initiatives, you drive continuous improvement by deeply understanding our solutions, analyzing KPI’s and user data, identifying optimization opportunities and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes that measurably impact journey performance.

You know the full cycle, from understanding our strategic landscape to ensuring operational excellence in live solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• You support the Product Owner (PO) in translating our customer journey strategy into effective digital solutions. You own assigned applications, understand end-to-end business context, analyze requirements and ensure that solutions align with strategic objectives and customer journey goals;
• You monitor live applications, analyze KPI’s and customer data to identify optimization opportunities. You report on solution performance, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements that measurably reduce calls and enhance digital self-service adoption;
• You proactively manage all dependencies across teams, stakeholders and systems to ensure efficient delivery. You orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, maintain clear communication between technical and non-technical partners and remove blockers to keep initiatives on track;
• You conduct thorough business and system analysis, perform gap assessments and design solutions that balance strategic ambition with technical feasibility. You validate designs with stakeholders and ensure solutions integrate seamlessly within the broader digital ecosystem;
• You develop comprehensive documentation (business requirements, process models, use cases, technical specifications) ensuring all partners are properly informed. You facilitate requirement workshops and validation sessions, create shared understanding across delivery teams and business stakeholders.

Our ideal Business Analyst:

• You have Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 - 3 years of IT experience, including network/infrastructure monitoring;
• You are a strong communicator with proficient knowledge of English. Dutch is a plus;
• You work structured, detail oriented, independently and proactively;
• You take ownership and adapt in dynamic environments. You set up and question business requirements effectively. You convert theory into practical business analysis.
