SAP Business Analyst

As a SAP Business Analyst you will bereporting to the Application Manager. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to optimize SAP functionalities and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PS, LE, FI, CO, PP, HR, etc.);
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into SAP functional specifications;
- Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business objectives;
- Support SAP implementation, enhancements, and upgrades;
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and coordinate end-user training;
- Identify and troubleshoot SAP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution;
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to optimize SAP usage;
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including business process workflows and system configurations;
- Stay updated on SAP best practices, trends, and new technologies;
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in the current application landscape;
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure that they are able to effectively use the new applications;
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation related to the new application landscape.
Qualifications:
- Master degree;
- Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst or in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of several SAP modules, including SD,MM, LE, PP, PS, EWM;
- Experience with S/4H is strongly preferred;
- Strong affinity with controlling and production is an asset;
- Knowledge of project business processes is a strong asset;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
