People & Operations Coordinator

About the role:
As a People & Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of what keeps BOI running smoothly and growing fast. This role is designed for someone who’s curious, sharp, adaptable, and excited to learn what it takes to support a high-performing team across Europe and the US.
You’ll actively own processes, support hiring and resourcing, and be the connective tissue between our teams.
What you’ll do:
- Support resourcing and staffing across global client projects
- Help drive hiring end to end: intake calls with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and coordinating the process
- Be the go to point of contact for our teams in Europe and the US, checking in, flagging issues, and making sure people have what they need
- Keep operational processes running smoothly and look for ways to improve them
- Experiment with AI tools to make people ops faster, smarter, and more scalable
- Support the broader operations team on ad hoc projects and initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, stays organized in chaos, and is excited to help build the systems behind a world-class team.
Experience: 0-3 years
We welcome candidates with backgrounds such as:
- Studies or experience in HR, business, operations, or organizational psychology
- Startup or scale-up experience (even as a side project or working student role)
- International experience, study abroad, international teams, or cross-cultural work
- Or simply a strong drive to learn and a knack for getting things done
Education: A degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Communication, or a related field.

- Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French are a plus)
