Your key responsibilities

As Compensation and Benefits Specialist Europe you shape our total rewards strategy for Belgium and our commercial teams in several European Countries. We’re looking for someone with passion, precision, and the drive to take ownership. You enjoy operational work and think on strategic level.

  • Own and manage European Total Rewards processes, including salary, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistent delivery across countries and employee groups;
  • Execute the full annual reward cycle independently, covering budgeting, benchmarking, merit processes, and bonus/incentive calculations;
  • Maintain accurate reward data and reporting on salaries, bonuses, benefits, and other metrics to support HR, Finance, and business leaders;
  • Translate Total Rewards strategy into practical processes, ensuring consistent application and identifying opportunities to improve and optimize programs;
  • Act as the go-to expert for reward matters across European teams, supporting HR, Finance, and employees on salary, bonus, benefits, and incentive questions.

What success looks like

  • After 30 days: You know Orac’s Reward Cycle and compensation structure across European teams;
  • After 60 days: You confidently run reward processes, handle bonus calculations, and own reporting as a trusted point of contact;
  • After 90 days: You manage reward programs independently, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvements;
  • Long term: You become the go-to expert for European compensation, driving best practices and helping shape data-driven reward decisions.

This is you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field;
  • 5+ years’ experience in Total Reward Management in an international context;
  • Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail;
  • Ability to clearly explain reward concepts to diverse stakeholders;
  • Passion for hands-on operational work with the ability to think strategically and improve reward programs;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership and contribute ideas within a dynamic HR team.
