Join Orac as Webmaster: own oracdecor.com, optimize UX and SEO, ensure accurate content, coordinate translations, and partner with global teams to boost engagement.
Your role
As part of Orac’s Digital Marketing team, you will manage our corporate website oracdecor.com, which plays a central role in our digital marketing strategy, reaching customers across multiple European markets.
You’ll own the technical health, content accuracy and user experience of our site ensuring it delivers seamless experiences that drive engagement and support business goals.
Your key responsibilities
Manage & optimize the international oracdecor.com website: Build, update and maintain website pages, troubleshoot issues. Implement SEO and UX improvements, and monitor site performance;
Manage & update website content and product data: Ensure accurate, brand-consistent, and timely publication of error-free content;
Support digital campaigns: Translate marketing initiatives into engaging web experiences with accurate content and product data. Coordinate translations;
Support collaboration with marketing, digital, and local teams to align on priorities, deadlines, and content needs;
Analyze & improve: Use analytics tools to detect issues, optimize workflows and boost conversion rates;
Structure and manage workflows via Jira, track tickets, report status, flag blockers, and maintain an organized backlog.
What success looks like
30 days. You've familiarized yourself with our CMS, digital ecosystem, and published your first content updates independently;
90 days: You're confidently managing website updates, coordinating with teams, and have identified optimization opportunities;
6 months: You've improved site performance metrics and are actively contributing to our digital marketing strategy;
1 year: You're a trusted digital partner who has measurably enhanced our website's user experience and conversion rates.
This is you
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, Digital Design & development, Application development, Communications or a related field;
Hands-on experience managing websites using modern CMS platforms;
Strong digital affinity with excellent attention to detail;
Demonstrated ownership of projects and ability to meet deadlines;
Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
