Are you ready to discover the role of a Service Desk Agent in Netcompany?

As a Service Desk Agent, you will:

  • Perform Digital Workplace support activities.
  • Manage all types of user interactions (phone, ticketing portal, chat, messaging).
  • Provide user guidance and support regarding the use services, software and applications.
  • Follow-up of incidents and user requests.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience, including 1st Line duties.
  • Solid knowledge of network setup, protocols, and antivirus management.
  • Proficiency in backup/restore procedures, patching, and software deployment.
  • Understanding of printing/scanning systems and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (minimum B2 level).
  • At least one relevant certification (e.g., MCSA Windows 10, Microsoft 365 Certified, Google IT Support, MOS, or equivalent) would be a plus.
