As a Logistics Administrator, you ensure the accurate and timely administrative follow-up of logistics files, from order confirmation to final delivery.
You handle the administrative coordination of shipments and act as a central point of contact between internal departments and external partners such as freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and local agents. A core part of your role is preparing, checking, and following up on logistics and trade documentation, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and deadlines.
