Your Mission

As an IT SAP Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze & Validate: Challenge and validate functional specifications from business stakeholders, participate in business process modeling and improvement, and support data modeling.
• Translate Needs: Convert business requirements into clear design elements and specifications.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and IT teams to articulate requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Test & Deliver: Write functional specifications, conduct functional and regression testing, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build Synergy: Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Business Process Owners & Experts to align on priorities and ensure seamless IT service delivery.
• Clarify business requirements and produce detailed specifications and functional analyses.
• Collaborate with IT architects, support teams, and suppliers to assess impacts and propose solutions.
• Use modeling techniques to analyze and document business processes and functional needs.
• Continuously review and refine requirements, proactively identifying improvements and solutions.
• Document deliverables, including process flows and data models.
• Participate in test scenario development, functional testing, and data cleaning.
• Analyze and resolve specific business and technical issues.
• Support project phases to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Stay up to date with SAP innovations and help shape your module’s roadmap.
• Design, test, build, and deploy SAP integrations.

Experience & Education:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Purchase to Pay, Project Systems, and Order to Cash.
• Experience with SAP CPQ or C4C is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

IT Skills:

• Mandatory: SAP Certification in Purchase to Pay, Project Systems, and Order to Cash.
• Nice to have: SAP CPQ or C4C certification.

Languages:

• English: Advanced or Professional level (writing, reading, speaking).
