We are looking for a Business Consultant for one of our ‘Acceleration & Transformation teams’. This is a challenging role centred on the (re)design of business processes and translating these processes and customer needs into digital applications. To this end, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders from the business tribes.

Your responsibilities as a Business Consultant

For you, the customer’s (business) needs come first. You always keep the digital and business strategy in mind and help your colleagues find the right solutions to the problems faced by our business customers and colleagues in the various tribes.

Your responsibilities also include:

  • You translate the strategy into the right digital capabilities and (non-)functional requirements, in close collaboration with the stakeholders.
  • You analyse and redesign business processes and map out the impact on service delivery, organisation, customer experience, systems and tools.
  • You support and coach the business analysts in the team and ensure an efficient, positive way of working together.
  • Together with the Product Owner, you translate the vision into a clear, workable backlog and monitor priorities.
  • You communicate proactively and keep all relevant colleagues within and outside the tribe actively informed of process changes and developments.
  • You deliver well-founded analyses and documentation and play an active role in the strategic B2B Atlas programme focusing on business process re-engineering and the integrated CRM platform (Salesforce).

  • Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree.
  • You have previous experience (5–10 years) in a commercial environment, as a business or process analyst or in a role where you developed similar skills.
  • You have extensive experience with customer service processes within an ICT context and end-to-end process optimisation.
  • You possess a strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset and are able to see both the bigger picture and the finer details.
  • You communicate clearly, adapt your style easily to different stakeholders and know how to reach mutually acceptable compromises.
  • You take responsibility, work independently, are a true team player and possess a healthy dose of self-awareness.
  • You are familiar with working in a dynamic (agile) project environment, in close collaboration with developers, business teams and external partners.
  • You have experience with large-scale transformations (e.g. ERP, business process re-engineering, Salesforce) and actively contribute to business adoption and delivery practices; knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
