The Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Manager is a key contributor within the Procurement Growth & Integration team, driving procurement transformation, operational continuity, digital enablement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The role focuses on optimizing the full Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay landscape, ensuring alignment between procurement operations, business objectives, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations. The CSI Manager acts as a strategic bridge between procurement, finance, legal, operations, and external partners, ensuring continuity, governance, and scalable process efficiency.

Responsibilities extend beyond reporting and operational support into procurement intelligence, digital tooling adoption, tender governance, workflow automation, supplier lifecycle optimization, and change management. The role requires strong ownership in driving procurement maturity through data analytics, process redesign, KPI governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

The CSI Manager plays an active role in maintaining and evolving procurement ecosystems leveraging Oracle ERP, GEP Contract Management, BI environments, reporting automation tools, and digital procurement solutions. The position contributes directly to procurement transformation initiatives, ESG tracking, risk management reporting, compliance governance, and continuous improvement programs across the organization.

The Growth & Integration team acts as a central coordination and enablement function, serving as a Single Point of Contact for procurement operational excellence, stakeholder support, system integration, reporting governance, and process harmonization across the business.

Your responsibilities as Continuous Service Improvement Manager

  • Deliver procurement analysis to support strategic decisions, translating complex data into clear business insights and executive communication.
  • Own and improve procurement reporting, dashboards, and KPI governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
  • Lead or support procurement digitalization and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve scalability.
  • Contribute to procurement transformation, including process redesign, tool integration, and change management across stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain procurement best practices, governance standards, and supporting tools and materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured analysis, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.

Our ideal Continuous Service Improvement Manager has...

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance.
  • Proven ability as a Business Analyst, translating complex needs into structured processes, insights, and data-driven improvements.
  • Proven ability as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders, timelines, and delivery under pressure.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, consistently challenging existing practices and driving measurable operational and performance enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and enterprise applications (ERP, procurement, BI), with ability to interpret system logic, data flows, and translate business needs into system-enabled process improvements.
  • Good understanding of Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, supplier lifecycle, tendering, contracting, and procurement governance.
  • Solid understanding of procurement principles, market dynamics, and industry practices.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
