We are looking for an Assistant who is proactive, organized, and collaborative to join us in our Corporate Strategy and Portfolio Management team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

About the role

You will support a senior leader and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of strategic activities across the team. You will help optimise efficiency, anticipate needs, and contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain strong insight into strategic decision-making and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Who you’ll work with

You will be working in a team that supports strategic priorities across the organisation and collaborates closely with senior leadership and governance bodies. The team is international, highly engaged, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes. You will also connect regularly with colleagues across functions and locations, contributing to a collaborative and supportive network.

What you’ll do

  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses to ensure efficient planning and organisation of activities.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, preparation of materials, and follow-up on actions and decisions.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the team and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flow.
  • Anticipate priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts, and proactively support business needs to improve overall efficiency.
  • Support document preparation, reporting, and collaboration tools to enable effective information sharing and workflows.
  • Contribute to projects and team initiatives, including onboarding support and team engagement activities.
