Manage all financial policies and compliance procedures for the authorities’ requirements;
Auditing documents preparing, reviewing and filling;
Complete procurement, contract approval and other related work etc.;
Match received payments to invoices and follow up with booking in the system;
Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy;
Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence as required;
Assist with end of year preparation and procedures;
Help to develop and test new finance products, procedures and tools;
Work with finance team members to represent and oversee all aspects of regional financial reporting and related compliance;
Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct;
Organize to complete the annual regional business implementation, analyse the input-output effect, and support the rational allocation of business resources;
Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions;
Support month-end and year-end close process;
Support Finance department team members with other tasks.
Qualifications and requirements:
MBO or HBO education in Finance or Accounting;
3+ years of working experience in a similar role;
Advanced spoken and written English language. Other languages are bonus;
Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions);
SAP user experience will be an asset;
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills;
Detail oriented and good with analyzing large data.
